Travel to Bali in Malindo Airlines | Sim Card in Bali Airport

My never-ending Malindo Airlines review to Bali from Phnom Penh airport to Denpasar International airport. With some more details to buy a Simcard in Bali airport, hostel cost and using the famous Indonesian Bike Taxi Gojek.

This post is on how to reach Bali, and how I made it there. With the tiring 15-hour journey with Malindo Airlines from Phnom Penh – Cambodia. And more details about your travel to Bali.

Flights & Visa to Bali – Indonesia

Not a tough task to get flights to Bali for Indians, as there’s no visa requirements you can just book a flight and enter anywhere in Indonesia. The flights with return tickets range from 150-200$ depending on where you stay and the time of the year. For visa requirements for people visiting this post from other countries, it’s good you check out the present requirements for your citizenship.

My journey was amazing and if you ask me about Malindo Airlines review. I will give it a good rating including the staff, food except for the delay which caused my flight to reach few hours later when it was all dark in Bali.

Airport to City on a – Gojek Bike Taxi

It was not a tough task there’s no metro or railway system in Bali so the best way to travel around is to get a scooter on rent. Or use Gojek, the billion-dollar home company of Indonesia which provides you with bike taxis to even food deliveries and lot more, check out there an app to know more. I took 3-4 rides and the service was great with the drivers being very polite. After reaching late I booked a bike taxi from the airport and headed over to the parking lot. And for just half a dollar, I reached my hostel at Kuta Beach.

Hostel at Kuta Beach or near Denpasar International Airport

As I was late I booked a hostel during my layover, near Kuta Beach. The hostel name was Rumah Kayu Bali and I paid around 69,000 Indonesian Rupiah for 1 night. No breakfast included, as in the morning I had plans to head over to Nusa Penida Island.

Tourist Sim Card In Bali

There are various sim cards you can choose from in Bali, as the prices seemed costlier to me. I planned to buy it from the city which cost me 10$ for 10 GB data for a month of validity. You can go to stores with signboards selling sim cards at the Kuta beach or almost any part of the city to buy it.
